The Château de Varillettes, situated six kilometres from the medieval town of Saint-Flour in Auvergne, was built as a fortified keep in the 15th century and today still bears witness to a bygone age. Its charming authenticity and the minimalistic style of its period decoration have been preserved.
The Castle is now a hotel, welcoming guests to its 12 guestrooms plus one suite. During your stay, you can enjoy a large lounge with an open fire and the restaurant, the Table de Saint-Flour, serves gastronomic cuisine made with local products.
